Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck

If you have opted for standard arrival, we shall turn up at the venue after 5pm and will be set up and ready around an hour and a half after. 

We will be performing a full-volume soundcheck to ensure our sound is the best it can be at your venue. This can take up to 30mins if the room's acoustics are awkward. 

After Set Up

After we've set up and done the soundcheck, we should have a bit of down-time to eat, freshen up and go through some warm ups. 

*Please provide us with a hot meal. We may have travelled a long way to reach you snacking on pasties and M&M's - so a hot meal would be very much appreciated!*

1st Live Set

For our standard service, the band will come on stage and start playing the first hour set anywhere between 7:30pm and 9:30pm.

We shall play for 1 hour and then have a short break - the perfect time for you to top up on food from the buffet and drinks from the bar!

2nd Live Set & End Of The Night

ViVo will be back on stage for the second set, usually beginning anywhere from 10pm til 11pm at the latest. This set is certain to get you on the dance floor until the very end! By the end of the encore you'll have your tie wrapped around your head and or you'll be holding your heels high in the air! What a great party.
